REFERRING A PATIENT ONLINE

Once your referral is received, an experienced Healthcare Coordinator will contact you to complete the process.

Main Office Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:30 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday, 9:00am to 4:00pm

Our staff is On-Call 24 hours a day / 7 days a week to assist your needs, address your concerns and answer any questions you may have.

If you call us after business hours you will be in direct contact to a live Pharmacist, live Healthcare / Intake Coordinator and also our delivery team.
